The use of services provided by 500Views establishes an agreement to these terms.
By registering or using our Dashboard Panel you agree that you have read and fully understood the following terms of Service. 500views will not be held liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the terms below.
By placing an order with 500Views, you automatically accept all the below-listed term of services whether you read them or not.
We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing every order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.
You will only use our Dashboard Panel in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/Youtube and other social media site on their individual Terms of Service page.
500Views rates are subject to change at any time without notice.
500Views does not guarantee a delivery time for any services.
We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered.
This is only an estimation and 500views will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
500views save the rights to terminate accounts without any notice.
500views will take instant actions against Spammers, Fraud, Abusing or Fake news!
We have the right to reject your orders if involved with scams, misleading, political or fake news.
Disclaimer:
500views will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.
Liabilities:
500views is in no way liable for any account / activity suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram or Twitter or Facebook or YouTube or Other Social Media.
All Deposits are final.
Balance funds are non-refundable
No refunds will be made from your 500views balance, you must use it once its been deposited.
You agree that once payment has been completed, you will not file a dispute or a charge-back against us for any reason.
If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to you or your client's Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account.
You will receive a refund credit to your panel account if the order is non-deliverable.
Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
Correction of Inaccuracies
500views.com reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in the content on the website, or to change and update the content at any time without giving prior notice. However,500views.com does not guarantee that errors, inaccuracies or omissions will be corrected immediately.
Provisions
This Terms of Service Agreement with 500views.com constitutes the entire agreement between all parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
Termination of Service
The term of this Agreement will begin upon 500views.com’s acceptance of your job order and will end when terminated by either party. If 500views.com determines, in its sole discretion, that you are abusing the system, the company (without limiting any other rights or remedies available to it) withdraw your participation and withhold any amount to you.
Third-Party Marketing Campaigns
You may not run other marketing campaigns while your 500views.com marketing campaign is running. We use public statistics to measure the results of our campaign, which other campaigns may interfere with. If you do run other marketing campaigns simultaneously with 500views.com’s marketing campaign, then you agree that the Company is responsible for every fan, follower, view, comment, like, visit, and/or vote that you gain during the duration of your 500views.com marketing campaign.
Campaign Duration
We cannot and do not make any guarantees about how long your marketing campaign will take to successfully complete. Any time frames mentioned on the 500views.com website (and its subdomains), by Company employees, in any chats, emails, phone conversations, or any other correspondence is not a guarantee of how long it will take the marketing campaign to successfully finish. Any estimate provided by the Company regarding how long a marketing campaign may take to successfully finish is simply a guideline designed to help our customers plan ahead.
Account/Video Modification
You may not change, modify and/or remove your account, username, photo and/or video while your 500views.com marketing campaign is running. Doing so may make your account, photo and/or video inaccessible and cause an interruption of our service. You agree that any changes, modifications and/or removal of your account, username, photo and/or video without prior notice and approval from 500views.com, will make your affected order(s) subject to terminations and ineligible for any type of refund.
Social Media Accounts
The company shall in no way be liable for any accounts, photos, videos, and/or tracks and that are removed due to our services being implemented or your interaction with 500views.com. It is nearly impossible to determine why social media account providers suspend or delete accounts or content. All purchases of Services are made at your own risk. Due to this we cannot refund after services have been completed if this has occurred to an account/content.
